90 Day Fiance franchise has announced another spinoff dubbed, 90 Day: The Single Life.
During Sunday’s episode of the Discovery+ show, 90 Day Bares All, the show host Shaun Robinson announced the new series. The recently announced series will feature Molly Hopkins, 45, as one of its stars, Robinson said.
The docuseries will revolve around six cast members from the popular 90 Day Fiance franchise. Before they reenter the dating scene, the newly single cast members will have to overcome issues associated with their previous relationships as they try to move from their romance fails.
“I think you’re gonna see a lot of really crazy good times and maybe some not so good,” Molly said in Sunday’s episode following a clip that showed her involved in role-playing now that she isn’t dating anyone. Molly made her first appearance in season 5 of 90 Day Fiance in 2017.
After meeting Luis Mendes in a bar during a vacation in the Dominican Republic, she tied the knot with him in July 2017. Mendes lived with her and her two kids in Georgia for six months, but she filed for divorce in Jan. 2018. The divorce was finalized four months later and Luis remarried in Sept.
“I feel it clearly shows he was possibly using me and my finances to get here because our divorce was final in May,” Molly told Us Weekly in Oct. 2018. “So, he either already knew her and had a plan all along and I’m a fool, or we are both fools if she doesn’t know him, because I met Jekyll in the Dominican [Republic] and got Hyde here, or vice versa. Either way, may it work out because I’m glad he’s gone.”
She has a second chance at love on the new Discovery+ series, which is one of the several spinoffs that have come from the original TLC series. Colt Johnson posted a trailer for the new show to his Instagram account on Sunday, noting that he is also joining the cast along with Big Ed Brown, Fernanda Flores, Danielle Mullins, and Brittany Banks, and Molly.

Discovery+ launched 90 Day Bares All and 90 Day Journey, on Jan. 4, 2021. TLC has multiple of its 90 Day spin-offs such as 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, which premiered in Sept. 2016. 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days and 90 Day Fiance: What Now? both were launched in the summer of 2017 on TLC.
Other spin-offs include 90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk, 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, The Family Chantel, 90 Day Fiance: Just Landed and 90 Day Fiance: Self-Quarantined. 90 Day: The Single Life and The Single Life Pillow Talk is slated to premiere on Discovery+ Sunday, Feb. 21.
