It looks like things between Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa aren’t getting any better.
On the 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After Tell All, Kalani Faagata and Asuelu Pulaa confessed that they are still having issues. While Kalani blasted him for being careless during the pandemic, her mother Lisa clapped back at Asuelu for not feeling accountable for his actions.
During the season finale of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Kalani reveals that Asuelu did not talk to her before coming back. Responding to host Shaun Robinson’s question about why he came back, Asuelu attributed his decision to return to the fact that he was missing his kids and wife.
Despite being sent away, Asuelu refuses to take precautions. He confessed that he still goes dancing practices and plays volleyball, and Kalani chimes in saying he justifies his behavior by pointing out at small things she does.
Lisa, however, accuses Asuelu of making immature decisions saying, “I feel like it’s irresponsible,” she laments. “He’s irresponsible, period. He wants to do what he wants to do, period. He doesn’t care about anybody else but himself, period.”
She then points out that it is hard to teach someone, to be considerate once they reach a certain age. Kalani’s sister, Kolini adds that if her sister still doesn’t have that, she thinks that’s exactly what they are witnessing, him caring only about himself. Kolini goes on to say she can’t even imagine not thinking about the family first.
During this season on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, Lisa experienced Asuelu’s attitude. They were headed to California in a car when he started having a tensed argument with Kalani, calling her a “lying b**ch.” When Lisa warned him about using cuss words while talking to her daughter, he said he can talk to her any way he wanted.
Kolini watches the clip before addressing Asuelu’s behavior, noting that she has seen this before and now wants to dram to end. “I’ve experienced it, so I’m not shocked by it,” she said. Kolini goes on to say she is looking forward to the day that it comes to end.
When the host asked Lisa to share her thoughts about the incident, she said she agreed with Kolini. “I know my daughter,” Lisa asserts.,” she explains. She warns that unless Asuelu starts changing his attitude, before demanding everyone else does, their relationship is unlikely to last because her daughter will not put up with this behavior.
Asuelu reacts to Kolini and Lisa’s criticisms by walking off the camera, but the previews show he will return for Part 2 of the Tell All. Asuelu will be accompanied by his mother Lesina, and sister, Tammy. New episodes air Sundays on TLC.
