Jenny Slatten from the 90 Day Fiance show is gearing up for her US return after Sumit Singh withdrew their marriage application.
On Sunday’s episode of 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way, Sumit Singh admitted that he withdraw marriage paperwork behind Jenny Slatten’s back. He claims that he is nervous about tying the knot again after his first arranged marriage ended up in a divorce.
Jenny Finds Out About Sumit’s Deception
Upon hearing how Sumit sabotaged their wedding, Jenny is understandably upset. The duo has been in a relationship for nine years, and Jenny has urged Sumit to marry after his parents finally agreed to let them tie the knot.
Aside from that, she was pushing the former call center employee to marry because her visa to stay in India was also running out. Although he has been living with Jenny for quite some time, the idea of marrying her gave Sumit cold feet.
Jenny has previously forgiven him for not telling her about his first marriage. Now, the American meemaw was upset with him again on Sunday’s episode when he told her what he did.
Sumit Urges Jenny To Not Pressure Him To Get Married
“We finally get the green light to get married and then bam! I’m blindsided by, ‘I don’t, I’m scared,'” she told cameras. “I’m hurt that he didn’t tell me and I’m angry that he did it.”
Sumit asked Jenny to support him considering that he was traumatized by his first marriage. However, Jenny noted that it was time for him to support her.
“I stood by you through everything,” she told him. “I’ve been by your side, through everything, I put up with everything.”
“I have been through hell and back, man. Especially, you know, learning that you were already married and everything. How should I feel of everything that I’ve done for you and given up for you, and you’re still not sure if you want to marry me or not?”
Jenny Threatens To Leave Sumit And Go Back To America
“I’m not gonna keep giving you all the time in the world,” she told him. “It’s not fair to keep me hanging by a thin thread here,” Jenny told Sumit after walking out of the conversation in anger.
“You have a green light, we can get married. But at this point, if you’re still saying we’re not going to get married or I’m still scared or I need more time, than I know for sure that you don’t want to marry me,” she told her fiance.
And I shouldn’t be here then, really, I shouldn’t be here.”
“I guess I’ll be going back to America now,” she added. “You don’t want to marry me. Absolutely 100 percent you do not want to marry me. This is stupid. I’m not doing this anymore. F**king embarrassing me.”

However, Sumit believes Jenny threatening to leave him was nothing more than a manipulation tactic.
Sumit Reacts To Jenny’s Comments About Leaving Him
“Jenny threatening to leave, it brings out to me like, my rebellious nature, that I don’t want to do something when somebody is pushing me that you have to do this, or let’s do it right now,” he said. “This is exactly my fear about marriage, like, after getting married she’s going to try to control me by this way.”

Later, Jenny talked to her friend Shaktimata at the temple. Shaktimata told her she needed to go back to America and show him that she was serious, ET reported.
Shaktimata pointed out that Sumit is a grown man and he needs to make a decision and that as of now, he is having all the benefits of being in a relationship without any of the responsibilities. However, Jenny says she couldn’t bear to actually leave Sumit.
Shaktimata advised Jenny that love is not just about physicality or proximity to the person, it’s about respect. #90DayFiance pic.twitter.com/tl6ObHn3io

What Did Jenny Decide To Do?
“I say I’m going to and I tell him I’m going to, but when it comes down to it, I can’t do it,” she admitted. “And he knows that. I know. This is the problem … that’s why there is no decision. Every time I tell Sumit that I’m gonna leave and go back to the U.S. and I don’t do it, it’s like I’m crying wolf. It’s just pretty much buying him more time I think.”
“Maybe I really do need to leave Sumit,” she continued. “I mean, I’m at a crossroads. Do I just keep giving Sumit you know, time, or do I lose everything and just go? If I want Sumit to know how serious I am, then probably I should go. Maybe he does need to be by himself for a while. Maybe then he’ll find out what does he really want. I need to be strong and think about myself first. Even if it breaks my heart into a million pieces.”
“I’m not going anywhere,” she stressed. “I’m here with Sumit whether he marries me or not. I’ve been with him for nine years already, I’m not going anywhere. We love each other and, you know, we’ll be together whatever way it has to be. I’ll be with him.”
I somewhat agree.
Jenny
Sorry, but you are a fool in staying with Sumit. If, by any chance he truly loved you he would have been the one fighting to get married. His parents have poisoned him by setting up that arranged marriage and he will NEVER marry anyone…..not just you.
That is sacrilegious on his parents part by ruining his life!!!
Go home to America where our will find someone of your own traditions and morals…..who will love you and appreciate who you are and vise versa
You have been through enough!!!
Good Luck
