The former 90 Day Fiance star Larissa Dos Santos Lima’s boyfriend Eric Nichols appears to have undergone an overall makeover, but some fans have an attitude of doubt about his new body and overall appearance.
Eric Nichols, who made his debut on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? recently showed off his toned abs on Instagram, claiming he followed a ten-day exercise routine. He shared a picture showing a notable difference in the before and after picture. Impressed by his new physique, his girlfriend left some sweet comments on the picture.

Larissa and Eric’s story is now featuring 90 Day Diaries. On the show, the couple fights about Larissa’s decision to go for another breast augmentation surgery since she wants even bigger breasts to look more attractive. Eric also wanted to look more appealing and took a ten-day body transformation challenge, and showed the result on IG where he posted two pictures.
The before transformation photo shows his flabby stomach and rounder face, while the after-transformation photo shows off a toned body with six-pack abs, well-defined shoulders, and a sharper jawline. “My after/before 10 days of Monday-Friday exercise.” he captioned the picture.
“Wowoowwwwwwwe,” Larissa wrote in the comments section. ScreenRant pointed out that since Eric has always been skinny and had abs earlier, pulling it off might not have been extremely difficult. Some fans cheered him, but others accused him of using Photoshop, learning how to use the software from his Brazilian girlfriend, claiming these abs may not be real.

A fan noted that getting abs in ten days is impossible as it takes “3-4 months” of consistent hard work, coupled with “huge commitment” to get such a toned body. Another fan who claimed to be a fitness trainer called Eric’s abs “fake.” Many fans believe he probably got the same liposuction surgery as Larissa.
