Fans were startled to see the look of “90 Day Fiance” star Sumit Singh when he was 19 years old, and their reaction is priceless. Sumit shared a picture from his college days on Instagram for his fans yesterday.
Of course, the picture was taken years before he met “90 Day Fiance” star, Jenny Slatten.
Sumit captioned the picture as “TBT. This picture is from my first year of my college. Almost 14 years back. I was only 19 years old. I know I am looking great ? thanking so much for liking this picture ???#throwbackthursday #collegelife

The fans could not stop admiring him enough. Within 24 hours the picture got more than 3500 likes including the one from Angela Deem. One fan wrote, “Very handsome and you still are.”

“I love the beard,” wrote another. “Handsome then and handsome now.????” commented another fan. The best part was that Sumit did not behave like other stars and tried to thank and respond to most of his fans.
“Like a singer of a boyband,” “movie star” were some of the other comments on his picture. Some fans found the 33-year-old Sumit hotter than his teenage self. One of the fans asked about the course Sumit had taken up in college and he responded ”Bachelor in business management.” TLC did not reveal this piece of information about him on the show.
The Problems the Couple Faced
On June 3, 2019, TLC introduced Jenny from California and Sumit from New Delhi, India on “90 Day Fiance: The Other Way” Season 1. Sumit met Jenny on Facebook when he was pretending to be Michael Jones. Jenny was 61 years old and Sumit’s mother Sahna vehemently opposed the relationship.

Sumit’s father Anil too was not happy with the relationship and mom Sahna had threatened to commit suicide if he married her. Due to the pressures from the family, he married an Indian lady and finally, his father Anil had to pay $20, 000 for the divorce settlement. In Season 2 of TOW, Sumit confessed to these problems and declared his undying love for Jenny.
Sumit and Jenny are engaged and are living with Sumit’s parents in India most of the time. The couple has been dating since 2013, but the groom-to-be admitted to Us Weekly that he still has concerns about marriage ahead of “90 Day Fiance: The Other Way” season 3.
“If you talk about marriage, I don’t have a very good experience with marriage in the past,” admitted Sumit.
“I would like [a traditional Indian ceremony], but it doesn’t really matter to me. Just marrying Sumit is the main thing, and that’s what will make me the most happy,” Jenny said.

Marry Jenny, your parents do not need to know. She loves you so much. I think you love her too.
I don’t think Sumit has any intention of marrying Jenny. He loves his parents and he doesn’t have the b*lls to go against them.
I think Jenny and Sumit are meant to be together. They have gone through some very bad times together, and nothing, not even his parents, can keep them apart. They deserve the right to marry, and, sooner or later, Sumit’s parents will have to realize that Sumit and Jenny are truly in love, and give their blessing to marry.
