Following her split with Mike, Natalie has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons. She recently deactivated her Instagram account after fans called her out for supporting convicted criminal Geoffrey Paschel, per ScreenRant.

As if that weren’t enough, she recently shared a controversial religious meme that startled her co-stars Evelin Villegas and Paola Mayfield. In a recently shared Instagram post, Natalie gave her followers tips on how to become a reality TV personality.

She noted that fans also asked her to share what to expect from after it. One of her tips was that when one is on camera, they should think it doesn’t exist.

Natalie Reveals How She Manages To Cry On Camera

“I get asked [by] people how do I manage to cry on camera,” she added. Recalling her acting school lessons, she explained, “each of us in our lives have some terrible experience.”

“It can be from childhood, it can be from teenager year, something very very painful and when you remember it, it makes you cry.”

Natalie suggests that an actor should recall “that moment” when they have show that they are upset or emotional while filming. According to her, an actor should be able to put themself in that “bad, bad, bad” situation and experience it all over again.

“If you make this exercise several times, your body system will remember,” she told her followers. “And when you need for example casting for [a] movie or just for some advertising industry show cry or show more emotions you just remember that moment but you speak the words that happen now,” she added.

However, her biggest tip to aspiring reality TV stars was to ignore negative comments. Natalie believes that people who attack TV personalities are also capable of attacking others around them.

Furthermore, Natalie said it is important to stay relevant. She said the audience can easily find something new to watch or talk about so they are likely to forget those who fail to stay relevant.

“It doesn’t matter what crazy stuff you do or not do you’re gonna be forgotten,” she explained. What do you think about Natalie’s advice to aspiring reality TV stars? Let us know in the comments section below.
