T-Series: Authorities have sealed based T-Series office in Mumbai after one caretaker tested positive for coronavirus. The area has now been deemed contaminated zone.
As coronavirus continues to tighten its grip in India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced lockdown 3.0 earlier this month. Since Maharashtra’s most buzzing city, Mumbai has been considered a red zone, the government has urged Mumbaikars to not go outside their homes.
An India TV report suggests that the T-Series office in Mumbai has been sealed by authorities as one of the caretakers have tested positive for coronavirus. T-Series company spokesperson told India TV that they took action as soon as they found about one of the staffers has contracted the disease.
Due to immediate lockdown, some helpers and in-house security staff stay in the office. These staffers were unable to return to their hometowns so opted to live in the office premise. Three of them developed flu-like symptoms and were taken for the test.
