Much to the delight of those who have ever wanted to live next to royalty, there are two homes currently available for rent on Sandringham Estate, located right across the street from Prince William and Kate Middleton’s Norfolk country retreat, Anmer Hall.

Currently, up for rent, the aforesaid houses are located just 13 feet away from the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s 10-bedroom Georgian-style mansion. William and Kate have been quarantining there with their children amid the coronavirus pandemic.

One of those cottages is a semi-detached three-bedroom and has a reception room, a huge garden, and a garage. According to the Sun, it is available for $1,114 a month. Aside from that, there’s a semi-detached two-bedroom available for about $920 a month.

The listing page features a three-bedroom cottage that has two fireplaces, two reception rooms, as well as a large garden. These properties that are currently up for grabs are unfurnished, and if you are a feline lover, you’d not be eligible because there’s a strict no-cat policy.

Dog owners, on the other hand, are likely to have better luck as pups will be considered on a house-by-house basis. Who knows, you might bump into the Cambridges with the dog, Lupo, at the local park.

Priority is given to those living and working in the area, and for whom the property will serve as their primary residence. It is worth noting that the applications aren’t considered on a first-come, first-serve basis, instead, the Estate will select the applicant they believe are best-suited.

Queen Elizabeth gifted Anmer Hall to Prince William and his wife Kate as a wedding gift. Before moving in, the Cambridges completed a steeply-priced renovation on the property, and they lived at the Sandringham abode full-time from 2015 to 2017.

Prince William and Kate spend most of their weekends outside of London at Anmer Hall and visit their country retreat during their children’s school breaks. Stay tuned to WittyScoop for more engaging stories, news, and updates about the Royal Family.
