At the end of last month, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton announced their engagement so it hasn’t been long since they took this step in their relationship.

One insider reported that they might not waste any more time before actually tying the knot. The singers may have their wedding before the new year.  One source says that is close to the beloved pair shared with HollywoodLife that the duo is thinking about doing a couple of things, both intimate and a big party with friends after COVID is done with their wedding plans.

The couple also wants their family and friends to be involved in the special day, but there are details changing day in and day out. They are busy working right up until Christmas but they have thought of possibly doing something at the end of the year with themselves and close family.

The insider further added that Blake Shelton is being pretty silent about sharing any wedding details currently as he doesn’t want to ruin any surprises. Blake and Gwen have always played by their own rules so their friends wouldn’t be surprised if they got married by the end of this year.

Also due to COVID, they could likely tie the knot in the chapel on their ranch where Blake Shelton proposed to Gwen, surrounded by just their loved ones. The couple shared the engagement news via Instagram.

It featured a pic of the pair inside the chapel Blake built for Gwen. And as for the wedding, the insider mentioned that the country crooner is letting Gwen plan it the way she wants. However, another insider mentioned that no one would be surprised if they went for something really small and intimate on his property in Oklahoma where the chapel was built.
