Reliance Jio has unveiled new JioFiber tariff plans, under which, the telecommunications giant will be offering a no-condition 30-day free trial of 150 Mbps internet, a 4K Set Top Box, paired with a subscription to 12 OTT streaming apps to all its new users.
The recently launched plans comprise the Rs 399 plan, Rs 699 plan, Rs 999, and Rs 1499 data plans that provide internet speeds of 30Mbps, 100MBps, 150Mbps, and 300Mbps, respectively. Moreover, these plans come with unlimited voice calling facilities.
If you are interested in accessing paid OTT apps such as Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video, you would need to go for the Rs 999 or the Rs 1499 data plans. The Rs 999 plan provides access to eleven paid OTT apps worth Rs 1,000, and with the 1,499 plan, users can access content from 12 paid OTT apps worth Rs 1,500.
Aside from that, JioFiber will offer No Condition 30-day Free Trial’ of 150Mbps internet, a 4K set-top box TV, and access to 10 paid OTT apps for all new users, coupled with a free voice calling facility. “JioFiber is already the largest Fiber provider in the country with over a million connected homes, but our vision for India and Indians is much larger,” Director of Jio, Akash Ambani said.
“We want to take Fiber to each and every home and empower every member of the family,” he added.
Jio has helped India to be the world’s largest and the fastest-growing country in mobile connectivity. JioFiber focuses on propelling the country into global broadband leadership, delivering broadband to more than 1,600 cities and towns, Ambani explained.
