Khloe Kardashian is tired of being harassed by a woman claiming Tristan Thompson is her baby daddy.
The Good American founder said the woman’s 15 minutes of fame are up, and may even sue her if she doesn’t shut up. On Tuesday, Khloe’s attorney, Lynda Goldman, sent a cease-and-desist letter to Tristan’s paternity accuser, Kimberly Alexander.
The 36-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star called Alexander out for admitting that she faked DMs from her.
The legal threat, which was acquired by TMZ, reads, “You put words in her mouth that she never said and that she wouldn’t say. You faked the whole thing. And you have now publicly admitted it.”
Laying out a timeline, Goldman pointed out that Alexander’s son was 7 when she asked TT for a paternity test. Thompson took the test twice, and Goldman said the results clearly revealed that he was not the dad.
Goldman went on to address Alexander’s past claim the lab that they did the test was a “Kardashian affiliated facility,” saying, “It is no such thing. It is one of the most reputable labs in the country, and your own lawyers approved it and accepted the test results.”
This is the second cease-and-desist letter Khloe sent to Alexander. Tristan’s lawyer, the legal pitbull attorney Marty Singer, sent a legal threat back in May last year, claiming TT took a paternity test at a reputable lab approved by both parties that proved he is not the father.
In her recent legal threat, Khloe’s lawyer claims Alexander isn’t willing to accept the paternity results and is still harassing Khloe. The reality TV star wants Alexander to stop defaming or harassing her on social media and elsewhere or face a lawsuit similar to the one TT filed against her.
