Prince Harry and his elder brother Prince William have cut contact for about two months after Megxit. Even today, they barely have any communication, according to Harry and Meghan’s new biography.

Writer Omid Scobie spilled the beans on the true extent of the brother’s rift during a new TV interview where he revealed that Prince William was angry at his younger brother over his and his wife’s decision to make their plans to step back from their royal duties public.

Scoobie, who recently released a biography about Harry and Meghan’s split from the royal family dubbed Finding Freedom, also claimed that tensions between Meghan and Prince William’s wife Kate Middleton over the actress’ struggles during pregnancy worsened their relations.

“The brothers had not spoken since around the time of the Sandringham summit. They hadn’t seen each other. That’s really going to take some time to heal,” Scobie revealed during his interview, giving a glimpse of the depth of their rift.

“I think the distance between the brothers grew wider and wider. “And that’s partly because of things that take place — and we discuss them in the book,” he added. Furthermore, Scobie claimed Harry phoned the Queen before his wedding to complain about her key assistant Angela Kelly.

His frustration was over a row about the headpiece (tiaragate) Meghan was going to wear at the wedding. Harry had to intervene. He called his grandmother and said, ‘I don’t know what the hell is going on. This woman needs to make this work for my future wife,” Scobie said.

During his interview on The Royal Beat TV show, the author also revealed that Charles is supportive of Harry and Meghan’s decision to sue The Mail on Sunday over publishing the former Suit actress’ letter to her estranged father Thomas. Charles is too afraid to show his support publicly, the author claims.
