Rihanna Wears a Red Catsuit For A Photoshoot [Photos]

Rihanna posed for a series of photos wearing red lingerie which her Savage X Fenty label’s Instagram account posted on Sunday.

The 33-year-old Barbadian singer was posing for her lingerie line’s unlined logo bra. The caption said ”Subtle summer? We don’t know her… ??.”

The bra costs $44.95 and she matched it with a red Savage X Fenty crotchless catsuit which costs $74.95. She wore sunglasses and thick chains to complete the cool look. The plunging V neckline and the knotted cover for the upper part of her body gave the catsuit a sensual appeal. It was backless and made of sheer material which made the contours of her butt**ck visible.

One fan excitedly wrote, “Woww nicee ??? this is so cool to see. Especially for the modest. Love it ! She really makes sure she does something for everyone !!”

Rihanna Venturing Into Swimwear Line?

Many fans hoped that the “Unapologetic” singer will expand her fashionwear beyond lingerie and venture into the arena of swimwear. “Is she swimming in lingerie or y’all make swimsuits now,” asked one fan. Another fan added to that, “Is this a bra or are we finally getting Savage swimwear?”

Within a span of 36 hours, the picture got more than 200 thousand likes and multiple comments.

Another picture was captioned as “☀️Sun & Soaked?⁣#SavageXSummer.”

The affordable price point made the fans yearn for more. “Omg I need this in my wardrobe ❤️❤️❤️,” wrote one commenter.

The ‘Anti’ singer released Fenty’s first fragrance earlier this month. Furthermore, her fans are waiting to see if she will follow Kylie Jenner’s lead and launch a swimwear line this summer.

Fenty Beauty came on the Radar of NCPCR

At the beginning of the year, Fenty Beauty came under severe criticism after an NGO called LRO (Legal Rights Observatory) filed a complaint with the NCPCR (National Commission for Protection of Child Rights).

Moreover, Rihanna launched this brand in 2017 and NCPCR asked her to prove that the Mica procurement is not sourced from the mines located in Jharkhand, India.

Since child laborers are made to work in dire conditions in the Jharkhand-based mines, LRO has banned any kind of chemical compounds acquired from those mines.

Netizens across the globe were outraged with this revelation and came up with hashtag #BanFenty and #boycottFenty. There were more reports doing the rounds in media which suggested that Fenty Beauty didn’t conduct mandatory audits required under the Californian law.

The Suppliers Code of Conduct was not followed. The state of California is extremely strict with the trade laws and bans child abuse, slavery, and human trafficking in any form. Any product or compounds of it which violate these guidelines are banned by NCPCR.
