Selena Gomez takes over her Instagram on Monday to share a few pictures of her and one of her best friends from the music industry, Taylor Swift and claims to missing her.
Gomez captioned the throwback pic by saying, “Kinda missin this one.” The two seem to be hanging out at the Evermore singer’s home. While fans have very rarely seen both the singers posting pictures together, but they both have maintained a good friendship for more than a decade, with Selena being one of the original members of Swift’s “Squad.”

In their friendship, distance or work schedules is not an issue because Swift,31, and Gomez,28, have always been a major support system for each other. Back in Jan. 2020, the American singers had revealed the special bond they have with each other to WSJ Magazine.
The “Blank Space” singer said, “I knew from when I met her I would always have her back. In my life, I have the ability to forgive people who have hurt me. But I don’t know if I can forgive someone who hurts her.”
According to the “De Una Vez” singer, I and Taylor clicked instantly and, man, that was my girl. We both went through s**t at the same time. She taught me a lot about how I should be treated at a young age.”
Recently, the 11-time GRAMMY-winner had made a virtual appearance on Gomez HBO Max cooking series, Selena + Chef.
In the episode, Selena was seen cooking Korean barbecue Texas breakfast tacos with the help of a Chef and food personality Roy Choi.
After she finished making the tacos, she told the chief to wait because she wants to show her cooking skills to her best friend and then she video calls Taylor and says” Look, I wanted to show you” as she turns her phone to her three, delicious-looking tacos. Swift reply saying, “Oh my god what is it” and the chief says “Korean barbecue Texas breakfast tacos.”
Swift goes on to say, “If you don’t send me the recipe, we’re going to have words. I want to be served that. I’m very jealous of your whole setup and the fact that you guys are cooking together. It’s pretty great. I’m really envious.”
Then Chief Roy says, “we could eat it right in front of you too to make you even more jealous.”
“I just wanted to show you. I’m so proud,” says Gomez, and Taylor replies saying, “oh dude I am so proud of you. Do you know how long I’ve been waiting for you to become obsessed with cooking?”
